Established in 1984, The Butchers Block is a traditional family run business that prides itself on quality produce and customer service. The days of making local deliveries on a bike may be gone but our long established reputation for friendly and efficient service still remains. The unique environment of the lush pastures of lowland Scotland provides the highest quality produce - traceable from farm to plate through approved Scottish Meat Federation processes.
Our aim is bring a modern approach to the traditional Scottish favourites such as bacon and sausages. For example, all our handmade square sausages are, in our opinion, the tastiest, healthiest sausages you will have tasted in a long time. For those of you who prefer a more traditional sausage, we still make the original Scottish Square Slice.
